A NEW AGE

With A NEW AGE i made my composition debut. I wrote it 1999 and it was performed for the first time at the 1st May 2001 by the Musikkapelle Lengstein, conducted by Manfred Gampenrieder. The piece refers to the turn of the millennium, the omnipresent topic at this time. The work welcomes the new millennium with a proud fanfare, which leads to a slow and lyric theme, which expresses the hope of the human race in a bright future. These two themes biuld the backbone of the piece where picked up several times in varied forms.
