This march was commissioned by the Ortsmusikkapelle Muthmannsdorf (A) and is dedicated to their former conductor Michael Hecher.
In this march I tried to set some of Michael's character traits to music such as reliability and discipline, humor and love for the music.
The result is a march with somewhat atypical harmonies, but accordingly recognizable.
